Phone systems have been converging with IT infrastructure for several years. New equipment is in essence a servers using routed IP traffic to connect the phones and calls together. The functions of the phones are all software activated and driven and this means ITG's engineers have been able to quickly adapt to managing and integrating IP based phone systems with our customers existing computer networks. We can remotely access to troubleshoot your phone system or add or amends users and functions with out having to attend on site. The handsets have a pass through capability which means one computer network point can be shared with a phone and a computer which halves the number of network cables required. This capability also enables your phone system to be integrated with Microsoft and other 3rd party computer software to improve efficiency further. ITG share their office and warehouse with one of the largest Nortel and Avaya trade distributors in the UK, which means we always have stock to hand and because of our relationship we can provide outstanding equipment and installation prices.

BCM Range of Systems and Handsets
If your organisation has multiple sites, franchises or branch offices – with perhaps a few users or a few dozen – no doubt you’ve been seeking the most cost-effective, productive and reliable way to connect people and sites.

The BCM 50 is small office solution for offices from 12 to 40 users. The BCM 50 can support 44 traditional handsets and 32 IP handsets simultaneously; the system can also support IP soft phones for mobile worker and remote workers. Like the rest of the BCM range the product has an on-board applications server that provides voicemail, unified messaging, fax to desktop and even a small call centre.

As well as the small business, the BCM 50 is also useful for larger customers who need their smaller sites to be fully integrating into their larger sites. In such scenarios the BCM 50's data features, such as the ADSL router and firewall, can be used to provide a cost effective one stop solution.

Cost effective Voice Mail
Licensed per user, Call Pilot voice messaging enables callers to leave important information on a mailbox for a selected user, department or groups of users. The system adds call information, such as calling line ID, time and date of the call and priority level. Employees can record their own personalized greetings and enjoy password-protected access to their

-messages from anywhere. Mailboxes are virtually unlimited, as the Business Communications Manager 50 provides 100 hours of message storage.

Using Auto Attendant to Route Calls
Automated attendant answers calls 24 hours a day with your personalized greetings and routes calls to the right people, departments or voicemail boxes — according to time of day, day of week, holiday schedule and calling line ID. The routing logic can include multiple levels, so callers can self-direct to exactly the right destination. This functionality comes at no extra cost when the Call Pilot voicemail is specified.

Key Reasons to Choose BCM
1. Cost effectiveness - scaled for small sites the BCM comes pre-loaded with hundreds of features and a full suite of integrated applications. As your business grows and its needs evolve, you can activate more capabilities just by entering a key code. If you're not sure which applications are right for your business, Nortel makes it easy to decide by offering a 60-day free trial for most applications — from voice messaging to the latest CTI applications.

2. Simple migration - the BCM range supports traditional telephony and IP, the migration path is simple allowing migration to IP as and when you are ready

3. Applications - from the 50 to the 200 and 400, all BCMs are capable of deploying advanced applications such as unified messaging, fax to email, call centre and IP telephony.
