New Helpdesk Software and CRM Launched...
After 12 months of in-house development we have launched our new bespoke application for managing our helpdesk and billing systems. The new software represents a large investment in improving our customer server and our administration efficiency. All customers that subscribe to our proactive health checks will also have access to an interactive Client Panel. This secure area will allow our clients to check there current support time used and review logged calls and historical data. You can also log, monitor and update support calls. 1/08/2010
New Support Billing Method Introduced
As of the 1st August 2010, we are changing the way we bill for support for all of our customers. We will no longer sell pre-paid hours, instead we have introduced a Reducing Rate Support method of billing for support hours. To qualify for this method of payment you need to subscribe to our health checks. The more time you use in a calendar month will reduce the hourly rate we charge you. eg: 1-4 hours will be charged at your base rate which is lower than ad-hoc rates, when you use 5-9 hours the hourly rate decreases, 10-15 hours then 16+ hours being our lowest hourly rate. You will receive one single invoice and support breakdown for your support at the end of each month which is billed on a nett 30 days basis. This will help to simplify the invoicing and payments for both us and our customers. Those who would prefer to continue to pay the higher rate ad-hoc rate can still do this. 1/08/2010
A World First - Ukash Neo Online Pre-Paid Virtual Credit Card
ITG's Web Development team have successfully launched a work first for their client Ukash. ITG were commissioned to develop a complex application that uses multiple API's to make calls and security checks with several banking systems. The virtual card purchaser uses a Ukash Voucher to buy a Mastercard either for themselves or as gift for someone else. The issued card details are then sent via email and for added security the CVV number is sent to the purchasers mobile phone as a text message. ITG were tasked with creating the design and technology for the solution, incorporating an admin panel and an automated card expiry after 3 months which will redeem any outstanding currency and re-issue this a Ukash Vouchers to the original purchaser. Shaun Williams steps into new role…
Senior Engineer, Shaun Williams who is 28 years old and from Stockport has been appointed as ITG's Technical Director. Shaun has provided us with 9 years dedicated service and hard work and was the obvious choice to take the position and technical lead in the continued growth of the Group. Shaun will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of flexible support and identifying the best of the latest technologies for our customers to use. He is currently working towards the introduction of our new bespoke in-house developed CRM and Helpdesk solution.

FREE Regular IT review meetings for all customers…
We are introducing a free regular IT review meeting available for all of our customers. The IT review can take place at your office, in our offices or as a conference telephone call, The number of reviews per year relates to the size of your network but we would like to catch up with you at least every six months. The reviews will allow our clients to be able to feedback to us any concerns you have and we can advise you on how to streamline efficienies to save you money as well as offer you advice on new products and technologies.
